Folkestone College
Working with ECO MEP on a newly constructed teaching block at Folkestone College, Metway have designed and supplied a full Dali, plug and play system using the Metway Connection Centre (MCC) and leads with 166 G-type connectors.
Using Bluetooth smart sensors in the training rooms gave full control of the lighting with pre-commission carried out before supplying the equipment, so that full on-site commissioning was not required, saving time and expense.
Through corridors we used microwave sensors to pick up the slightest of movement, while all other rooms used absence or presence photoelectric sensors, depending on the individual need for each area.
