Tilbury Douglas has started construction on Beacon Academy in Cleethorpes, part DfE’s Framework, the project will feature a new three-storey secondary school building and the refurbishment of an existing block, which will provide classrooms and specialist Special Education Needs and Disability (SEND) teaching facilities.
Metway was at the centre of the lighting controls design providing a comprehensive design, supply, and commissioning service to the contractor. MDCC, sensors working as a controls hybrid with wired and wireless solutions towards the building achieving nett zero rating and a saving on utilities.
